ATOS Inspection Photo Notes

Tony Deleo's ATOS was inspected and photographed on Saturday 7/7/12 by Edward Skow and Tom Truax
Tom Used a borrowed Panasonic Lumix 12 Mega Pixel Point and Shoot small sensor camera, shooting in Auto Mode to the JPG file format.

The Photos were  named with a letter increment to facilitate automatic sorting.  Edits were done mostly by Sam Truax, with direction from his dad Tom Truax.  Edits were done in Photoshop and Illustrator.  The objectives of editing were to reduce the file, focus on the item of interest, and add limited notation.  3 files for each image were posted.

• A small file size suitable for email.  The small files are 960 pixels wide.
• A full size edited image was saved with some luminance enhancements, cropping, and compression to achieve a file size about 10 times smaller than the original.  The full size edited image is small enough to email a few photos, and  if necessary, all the files will fit in most email inboxes.
• The original files without edits were also posted, but the file size is not suitable for email and downloading the full set as one file is problematic due to it's large file size.

The Photoshop and Illustrator construction files will be retained for couple of months then discarded unless the pending new owner of the glider wants them.  They are too large for posting (675 MB) and would need to be transferred via CD, DVD, or a thumb drive.

To view a full size photo zoomed in, click on it's thumbnail from the appropriate thumbnail page which will open the file by itself so you can zoom in, or save the file to you computer from the appropriate All Photo File page.  The photos on the All Photo File page are displayed at 960 pixels wide so they will fit on the page, but the underlying file is full size so if you save it you will get the full size photo.
